I found that an excellent way to gain insight into the Revenue Management field is through the Practical Revenue Management in Passenger Transportation course. The content is written by an expert in the industry that had the ability to write in a very user friendly manner seeing that the vocabulary used is easy to understand and because each section begins with an introduction and ends with a summary which makes the work easier to grasp and to see the bigger picture. I would recommend this course to anyone that is interested in this field even though they might have little to none theoretical knowledge of the industry. I would also recommend this course to someone that has limited time. I’m looking forward to complete the next course later this year.  Mienke Knipe -  Vervoerekonomie,  Stellenbosch Universiteit,  Departement Logistiek. June 2015

I sincerely thank you for your continued support and extending your full cooperation. In fact, I have managed to crack all positions where you have guided me. I owe a lot of my success to you.  Susanta Kumar Sahoo,  Revenue Systems R&D Manager, Emirates. May 2015

"The book (Practical Revenue Management in Passenger Transportation) cites a variety of practical examples and uses the required terminology to help the reader to understand the practice of RM and familiarizes him/her with the theory.
